One of the best movies I've seen in years. Absolutely superb performances by Paul Giamatti and Edward Norton. You will be discussing it for days afterwards. Its about a 19th century Austrian magician/illusionist. Wow!! Go now, you will thank me!

3. I popped in here to make a smart aleck reply because I hate being
told what to do. But if it has Paul Giamatti and Edward Norton, I think I'll take your advice instead. Two of the best and most undersung actors in Hollywood. Thanks for the recommendation.

And baseball would have been better if Paul's father had lived!

4. I saw Giamatti doing a press briefing on this and he looked ashamed.
Really. I thought "How good can this movie be if the star is ashamed of it?".

But it still looks semi-interesting to me. I love the period and I am intrigued with the premise.

5. I work at Warner Bros. and saw this movie a few months ago.
I was working with a couple of the producers and we did half of the movie one night and the other half a couple of nights later. I told them, "I couldn't wait for you to get here -- I've got to see the rest of this movie!"

The director came in on the second night and I was introduced to him -- seems like a really cool guy.

I thought this movie was really good and I have been telling my friends about it for months. My wife just informed me that she wants to see it and I won't argue with her. Paul Giamatti and Ed Norton are amazing in this film. I especially enjoyed Giamatti's performance.
