Gnubia- Gnubian authorties today filed charges against a man they say was discovered fashioning a working bomb from liquids at an airport. Airport security had already been on high-alert following the arrests of several muslim men in England, whom authorities claim were attempting fashion bombs out of acetone and hydrogen peroxide, and detonate them on trans-Atlantic flights. This latest attempt comes at a time when Gnubian authorities have been trying to calm public fears and kick-start their failing airline industry. The suspect in custody had already been detained for acting suspiciously in the airport and was left alone in airport detention room. "We never should have left him alone," said Lt. Murdoc, spokesman for the paramilitary Gnubia Security Forces. It was than that the suspect apparently fashioned a bomb out of nothing but seltzer water and chipotle Tabasco-brand hot sauce, and used this device to blow off the lock on the cell door. Fortunately, the suspect was shot by police and remains in hospital in critical condition. "We don't believe the suspect was with Al Qaeda," stated Lt. Murdoc, "but we've reason to suspect that he works for the mysterious Phoenix Organization." The suspect was identified only as "MacGyver." His first name has been withheld.
