Who's excited to see Spike Lee's new documentary on Katrina?
I am for one - I get razzed for saying this but I think Lee is one of America's greatest living filmmakers.

Not all of his movies are great, but some of his underappreciated gems (Bamboozled for example) are pure genius.

1. I love Lee
I'm a little behind on his films, but I agree that he's an amazingly talented director. I keep hoping he will get that recognition some day.

5. well, you would think his heritage and his take on the Af-Am
experience would be enough. I like how he doesn't kowtow to anyone.
