2 People Shot, Killed Over Loud Music. Man, I LOVE my city..lol

"Two people were shot on the city's west side over loud music, police said.
NewsChannel5 reported that the man responsible for the shootings was taken into police custody.

Masumi Hayashi, 60, and John Jackson, 51, were killed. They both lived in the building.

"We have a male under arrest for this who's being brought downtown being processed being interviewed by the division of police homicide unit," a police official said.

Police said the man became upset after hearing the loud music and shot a woman. A man who was trying to help her ended up also getting fatally shot.
