1. I don't know about embarrassing

but lounge folks can be just as bad as GD when you post the wrong info in the wrong forum. I learned that before I ever got 50 posts under my belt :cry: <---That's what I did after they were done with me.

2. I'm confused....

we discuss general things is here, and I mean lots of general things, so if you made the mistake why would it matter? what would happen? I can see posting about some of the whacked out the things that go on in here, over there, but does it really matter, do they yell at you or something?

3. Just don't talk politics in here

or theories about weird things out there. Most people are nice about it but there are a few who will snark about it until it's moved or it disappears.

because being this website is about politics, I wouldn't think posting a little sarcasm in here about politics while blogging would ruffle feathers. Now I know. Yes, most are nice here. Bit, wait a minute....theories about weird things....lol...there's a lot of interesting topics in here.

4. I find it a little more embarrassing to accidently post Lounge stuff in GD

especially in the middle of intense infighting. You'd think a little levity would be appreciated at such times, but you'd be wrong.

Similarly, many Loungers, I've found, aren't too keen on having raging reality dumped onto their laps when they're trying to sort out which hair band had the worst haircuts. Know what I mean?

8. It's always obvious when Lounge Lizards accidentally post in GD

But I've noticed it usually gets ignored, which is rare in GD. Usually somebody will always have an opinion about what you post, even if it is not necessarily a supporting opinion.

They don't fuck around in there. I have tried to bring some levity to some subjects and was promptly sent to my room.
