1. My dear Madrone.......I love your pictures!
You have an exquisite face, with gorgeous eyes.......and the deer is just magnificent! The flower is so vivid, and detailed too.......

Here's mine: Me at the Ohio meetup....and a breaking wave on my beach, from last winter!

8. I always love your pictures, Peggy.
You take some really nice ones. And you, of course, always look fantastic!

I love those flowers - Indian Paintbrushes. I took a lot of those this summer. And the deer picture would have been AMAZING if I'd been closer. It's REALLY difficult to do a full zoom (12x) and not move while sitting in the car. I must have gotten about 12-15 pictures of her - and she never moved. This one was probably the best of them all - okay, but not great.

I love that wave picture!

10. I like your pictures, Ptah.
I think my FAVORITE ones of yours are the sunflowers at sunset. I think you called them the "right place at the right time" pics.
They're spectacular.

17. RANDOM, you say? Here's my sweetie's Mom visiting the Great Wall...
(Yes, THAT "Great Wall")

None of them actually went on the BumperCars, but her sister
spent a few Yuan renting a horse for the Trail Ride.
I couldn't make this shit up if I tried!

20. Yeah, China is NOT at all like I imagined it.
The BeiJhiing skyline at night looks like
NOTHING so much as the opening sequence from "Futurama".

KentuckyFriedChicken is EVERYWHERE, and the average citizen
has never owned a box-style television- they had tube radios
for 50 years, then jumped straight to Plasma Flatscreens.
She saw more people with 2 cellphones than people with none.

I'm almost sorry I didn't go along.

(Give me a minute to find it; I'll post one of her city skyline pics.
You REALLY gotta see it to believe it.)
