New shoes!!!

It's been a rough month or so and the other day when I took the kids shopping for school clothes, I decided to splurge and bought a new pair of shoes. Completely impractical and I have no idea when or where I'll ever actually wear them, but they're cute and I haven't bought new shoes (except sneakers and flats) in so long that I literally can't remember when it was and I couldn't resist.

So there.

Is there anything better, really? :bounce::bounce::bounce:

I liked 'em cause they look a little...40s-ish, just without the ankle strap. It's hard to tell because of the bad picture, but yeah...seamed stocking would work.

Elastic top thi highs (Dim from France make some lacy tops) would be cool, but so would "old school" stockings held up with (in the parlance of the UK) a suspender belt (white and lacy for preference).

12. The elastic tops are rather...uncomfortable.

Unless they've made advances in stockings that I'm not aware of. But I do like old-school stockings. They tend to be more comfortable than panty hose...much less confining. And, even though it isn't white, my garter belt is lacy.

Though Mrs, GoS loves her "Dim Ups" . Wide lacy tops, and she tells me that the elastic is not uncomfy.

And she much prefers stockings to the horrid "panty hose".

Of course, all lingerie has its unique charm.
