1. Be careful---you'll cut the roof of your mouth.
 That used to happen when I ate Cap'n Crunch. :P It's a universal phenomenon, apparently.

That's one of my all-time favorite cereals, dry or not.... :)

3. Apparently, they have the special edition Superman Cap'n Crunch out.
It's red, but it will turn your milk blue.

Shit like that kind of scares me.

6. I didn't buy it. I just saw it.
I try to avoid eating artificial coloring & flavoring. I try to put only recreational toxins in my body. I figure by reducing other toxins, it will all even out.

8. Nah, I actually don't eat much junk food, but when I worked at the
health food store, it was amazing how many customers would buy a ton of organic cookies & ice cream then wonder why they weren't losing weight. It's sad how many people seem to think that if it's organic or all-natural, then it contains magical calories that instantly cause you to lose weight. It's like, "hey buddy, you do know that Organic Ben & Jerry's is just as fattening as regular Ben & Jerry's, right?"

9. OMG, I had to teach my husband that just because something's
organic, it's not necessarily gonna make them lose weight. When we made a conscious effort to eat organic foods whenever possible, he got into organic cookies and chocolate bars and ice cream.... I told him that same exact thing---sugar is sugar, and it's just as fattening. :P

He finally learned.

4. In terms of peanut butter cereal I've gotta go with Reese's or
Peanut Butter Toast Crunch.
