Harleydad came home last night. Of course, I had to stay up and wait for him ... sort of a silly thing my body does. It refuses to sleep when he's on the road. He arrived safely at around 3:30 this morning. We're both a little groggy today after being up most of the night. Please ignore my typos just this once. :D

Well I plan on sleeping in tomorrow morning, but suspect my body will wake up at the usual time, so if I'm posting in the morning, it'll be in my jammies! How fun!

Would truly like to get some domestic chores done, and was thinking about getting some hiking in, oh and now that I think of it, some biking too. Have only been on my bike a couple times this summer. It was be a strange summer for me. :shrug:

Yeah, I like to hike. Actually, I like do to a lot of outdoorsy things, as long as weather's permitting. Have to take advantage of it while it's around.

I made my java web service thing work yesterday. I read that if you wrote your program as an enterprise javabean, the Oracle drivers worked.

I don't even know what that means! :rofl: But I tried it and it worked. :woohoo:

But I am uncomfortable at being so dependent on the IDE. It was doing most of the work for me. That's very nice, but what do I do when something goes wrong? So I am going to research Apache and Tomcat now and see if I can work out how to do it by hand. I think I will surely learn more this way.
