An Oil City man has been arrested for allegedly smoking marijuana -- and the circumstances are a bit unusual.

Police said 57-year-old David Dunkle was smoking pot after finishing breakfast at a McDonald's restaurant in downtown Oil City.

The restaurant is located across the street from the local police station.
