3. Sirius based a whole channel on that format - called it Underground Garage
It's the only thing I miss about Sirius.

On the weekends, Andrew Loog Oldham (former manager of the Stones) had a show that was great!

6. Funny- I thought of you specifically when I first got into this show...
You posted a thread a year or so ago about unknown British Invasion bands that I had never heard of.

Now I am quite familiar with all of those bands...It has gotten me back into buying at least a few CDs again, since I cant find most of this stuff on vinyl (which I prefer)...

Keep spreading the good word!!

Do you know of any other shows like this that I might like???

And Mike Stax has several links to shows on his Ugly Things page. I don't know how many of them stream, but it's definitely worth checking out! :hi:

His magazine is excellent, btw!

Edited to include the link ... http://www.ugly-things.com/index.html (look under "cool links")

8. Hey thanks for posting this.
I love all of that stuff, especially Johnny Thunders.

What Little Stevie does is terrific. He has brought a lot of great acts back into the spotlight.
