I just printed out tickets for tonight's Mets-Phillies game
My uncle has been the most indecisive man on the planet for the last few days so I wasn't able to order tickets for tonight's game until 20 minutes ago but I was surprisingly able to order 6 tickets but they are in the third deck...fortunately this is not Vet's stadium and if they really suck we can stand back by the food court in center field and watch the game there. Hopefully the Mets have got the shitty pitching out of their system and Glavine can win one for us.

Also how great is that print out your ticket thing? You can order tickets the same day and not have to worry about that will call crap

1. The Phillies have threatened to take the playoff spot before
and fizzled. But this year it seems different, it's like they're making a run at the division at the right time. I hope the Mets haven't gotten too comfortable.

3. despite the 2 losses in this series...
the Mets still have a 13 game lead over the Phillies...realistically they should set their sites on the Wild Card and not the division

6. I'll be wearing a black and white floral top and a black skirt!
I'm coming right from work. :)

I'm a Red Sox fan, actually, but I've always had a soft spot for the Mets, oddly enough. Any chance Pedro's pitching tonight? I would really enjoy that. :)

7. He pitched the other night
unfortunately he had to leave the game after the first inning with a calf strain, which would explain why he couldn't get anyone out that inning. Glavine is pitching tonight and I'm hoping (fingers crossed) that we won't give up a million runs tonight (the last two games have been disastrous).

I would consider the Red Sox my favorite American League team (I even own a Sox t-shirt) I guess I root for them just to piss off my Yankees fan dad :P

10. I like two teams. The Yankees and whoever beats the Red Sox.
:P

It's just one of my Pro-Yankees/anti-Red Sox t-shirts.
