Although, the Avs aren't the same team they were when I started hating them. Roy and Lemiux are gone, and they were the ones I hated most.

The Dallas Cowboys get on my nerves mainly over the whole slutty cheerleader thing. I'm a Detroiter who hates the Lions because they suck so much, year after year after year. The men at my office get their hopes up so much every fall and are bitterly disappointed by Halloween.

I have no personal reason for hating the Yankees, other than that they have some really obnoxious fans.

I shouldn't hate the Broncos now that Elway is gone, but I find that I still do not like them. I rooted for the Chiefs at first until I heard that Dick Vermeil was a fan of George W. Bush. I have hated the Cowboys for a long time and their sleazy play off wins have only cemented that, but they were playing the Chiefs last year, so I wanted to root for the Chiefs that week, but I found that I couldn't, that I hated the Chiefs more than I hate the Cowboys. There is just something about being surrounded by gung-ho fans, although that did not bother me when I was in Packerland and they won the Bowl!

Bronco-mania. I'm just so sick to death of hearing about the Broncos. Starts in July and doesn't stop until...May or June? People paste these bumper stickers on their cars that read, "If God didn't love the Broncos, why did He make sunsets orange?" Makes me wanna puke every time I see one.

And I see a lot of 'em. You'd think that the Broncos were the only team in the NFL. Some guy down in Pueblo painted his HOUSE blue and orange. The kid across the street has US flags installed in the bed of his pickup (it's freeper nest over there) and I just KNOW that, by the end of the month, it's going to change to Broncos flags. Or maybe one of each.
