I've had it in the Philippines, Germany, Holland and Canada

and I have to say, all of those places blows US Mc-D's RIGHT OUT OF THE WATER?

7. I detected no difference between U.S. McDonald's and the ones in

Germany. Except you had to pay for ketchup packets over there. Something like 40 pfennigs per. Oh well, keeps them from being wasted thoughtlessly.
