Los Angeles Dodgers: 17 Wins Out of 18 Games
Just watched the game on PrimeTicket, with the immortal Vin Scully calling the game. Took down Florida 4-0!

:bounce:  :toast:

:P

17 out of 18. Yesterday they tied a record going back to Brooklyn in 1953, so surely this must be a new record. :bounce:

6. It is
Steiner was all about that in the ninth. "Not the Bridegrooms, not the Trolley Dodgers, not the Superbas — no Dodger team has ever gone 17-1."
And it's 3 1/2. Giants beat the MaxiPads again. :bounce:

Snakes and Rox are tied 1-1 in the 14th.

Cubs and Asspoles are tied 6-6 in the 16th. What's goin' on tonight?

2. I had it on for a while
But it was conflicting with my game...which is still going on, by the way (bottom of the 15th, what is it with the Asstros, anyways?).

Besides, I knew the Dodgers would win it. It's the momentum (among other things).

4. We're just that good
;-)

I like the Cubs too... and I wish the damn Tribune company wasn't so cheap and would make them more competitive from year to year. It would be nice if St. Louis, Houston, and Cincinnati would just fade away...

We're sure liking Maddux in L.A. so far! :D

7. You and me, both.
If they don't loosen up that wallet a little bit in 2008, I swear....

I loved watching Maddux...when he's on, it's a thing of beauty to watch. I'm really, really gonna miss him. Never been so sad to hear about a deal in my life.

Y'all Better be nice to him.
