I need to go somewhere where beautiful women are walking around all day in skimpy bikinis.

Where should I go?

1. Playboy Mansion (if that's your definition of "beautiful")

Could try Brazil. I've seen quite a bit of skin at both Clearwater and St. Pete Beach here in Florida. Miami, maybe. A cheaper vacation than Brazil.

3. How much money?

You can do Santo Domingo on the cheap if you don't do the whole resort thing and just check into a decent reputable hotel and hire a local guide as nothing there costs anything at all.

My parents went several years ago, got tickets to a caribbean winter-league championship game and between tickets in 3rd base field box, about 30 beers for party of 4, hotdogs and the such spent about $25. There are people with carts selling beer on the side of the road for like $0.20 each and it's El Presidente which is a hell of a lot better than Budweiser. American cigarettes are seriously worth their weight in gold. Hire a local guide though because parts of the city are dangerous, especially if you don't speak both Spanish and French.
