Kate Hudson can tell you how to lose a guy after five-plus years of marriage.

The Amost Famous star and her rocker hubby Chris Robinson have called it quits, Hudson's rep, Brad Cafarelli told E! News.


"Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson have confirmed that they are separated," Cafarelli stated.


A rep for Robinson told the AP he had "no information to report."


The duo wed in Aspen on Dec. 31, 2000 after dating for about a year. Their son, Ryder Russell, was born in January 2004.


In happier times, Hudson gushed about how she fell for her husband almost instantaneously.

1. I wonder how many of these marriages
are arranged by publicists.

Or maybe there are so many actors who get caught up in their fantasy worlds that they don't really know who they are...sad.
