Just got finished posting on a different board (hockey, of all places) from some of the local yahoos who are pissed after seeing "9/11" or whatever Stone's film is called because it was 'too sympathetic' to Arabs and showed the NYPD/FD as 'disorganized' .... they closed out their 'review' with the caveat that they 'should have expected as much, being an Oliver Stone film.'

So I reponded in the form of Q&A ... all with 'mainstream' links... about the August 5 PDB, the bin Laden's flying out of the US, the hijackers nationalities, and funding to look for OBL being cut recently.

Reality just doesn't ever rear its ugly head for a very large segment of the population, does it?

Eeeew. I feel like I need a shower.

1. Welcome back to the confines of DU

I know how other sites can be...its amazing where you run into RW nut jobs. I frequent the imdb.com boards, superman returns, and the religion/politics that get discussed on there are...down right, mean...just plain effing mean. One of my old chat rooms use to be the same way but the RW nut jobs have abandoned shop...:) Most of the libs on that chat board were not even american! Mostly canadian/australian/Uk, and the RW's couldn't hang...:)

3. Yeah, generally I only read the 'hockey news', then leave ...
