I can't sleep. Ask me anything.
Tossed and turned for a few hours before I gave up. x( I slept great last night ... guess it's too much to ask for two good nights in a row.

1. I was just thinking about going to bed, while drinking a cup of
coffee...

Go figure.

I didn't sleep well last night either, and planned on going to bed early tonight.

3. Doesn't coffee keep you awake?
I can't drink it at all after about 10:00 AM if I want to sleep. But I haven't had any coffee in over a week.

Hopefully, you'll have a good night tonight. If not, we'll just have to chat the night away.

5. Probably... But there was some left so I figured I would drink it.
I have to be up with MrG at 4:30 and I really don't know why I put myself into these postions. :)

10. Rarely.
As long as the coffee goes into the thermos and the sandwich into the lunch box...we're all set. :D

19. Not bad.
Having my own problems sleeping since I quit smoking, but I understand that goes away after awhile.

7. Wish I knew.
Perhaps my day was too stimulating? Certainly can't blame it on caffeine or alcohol, since I haven't had any. (Ha -- perhaps I should try some alchohol?)

 in the morning! ;)

Actually, I haven't gone to bed that early in a long time.
Only when I'm really tired or cold, in the winter.
I stay up pretty late usually but that'll be changing soon, I hope!
:hi:

13. Maybe put on a little James Taylor. Great music, relaxing.
But thoughtful.

It can put an oddly restless hour to balance.

"Mama don't understand it
She wants to know where I've been
I must be some kind of natural-born fool
to wanna pass that way again
But you know, I could feel it
On a country road..."

14. My dear AirmensMom.......
I'm sorry you can't sleep, sweetie....

Maybe you've got too much stuff on your mind?

I know if I'm thinking too much, that I have trouble relaxing at bedtime...
