neither one has much in the way of interactive, video flash or other animated cards but they are free, clean and let you add as long of a greeting as you want...

Webshots is kind of a picture site as far as I can tell, so in addition to the ecards in the link above, any picture they have can also be sent as an ecard. They have over 345,000,000 photos and an easy to use search engine, you can find a photo of almost anything or any theme that you can send to a friend as a card. I have found this most useful at times.
