blech!!! Vitamins with brewer's yeast
I bought some Super B complex vitamins that have brewer's yeast as one of the main ingredients. They are totally disgusting!!! I decided it wasn't worth taking them if I got nauseous just smelling them.

Anyone know anything that don't have brewer's yeast as a main ingredient?

1. When I was a kid, our Mother gave us a choice:
A spoonful of molasses in milk, or a spoonful of brewer's yeast in milk, daily! I learned to hate that stuff when I was 10 years old!

If you experience any gastric issues, quit taking them. I ended up in the emergency room with a severe case of gastroenteritis (very painful condition) at 4 AM. The culprit was too high of dosage of vitamins with "brewer's yeast." If you don't have a cast iron digestive track, please use sparingly. :hi:

3. Plenty
you may have to pay a bit more, but there are lots of brands that don't use brewer's yeast.

The B Complex that I use from Natural Factors doesn't.:hi:
