I have decided that I love Amy Sedaris

Not that I didn't always think she was brilliant on Strangers With Candy. I saw her speak on a New Yorker campus tour a couple of years ago - very offbeat and funny.

And then I just stumbled across some pictures of her. The transformation she goes through to become Jeri Blank is amazing!!

8. I love her, too. And I actually got to meet her a few years ago.

We were at a party for "The Book of Liz" and we were friends with the promoters. The promoters wanted to get a picture of her for their client list and shoved us into the picture with her. She turned to me and said, " I want to stand next to Jack. He's my height." Mind you, she's teeny-tiny and probably came up to my shoulders. My only response was, "Girl, you make me feel tall for a change." She's really cute in person.
