We're actually taking him to the vet again tonight for a follow-up check-up.

I'm kind of hoping they give him some more of the muscle relaxants he was on before. :P. He was so mellow and friendly while he was on them, but he's back to his old grouchy self without them (not in pain, just not all cuddly and friendly).
