whatever happened to the missing 13 yr old daughter of DUer in CO?

I think the DU name was reid reed or something. Her original post was in the lounge so I'm asking here. I was following it closely but I must have stopped for a bit and now I don't know how it turned out. Last I heard there was word from a friend about a man who she may have gone to and his phone number or ex-roomate's info. The DU mom was having such a hard time getting help from authorities because it was a missing person/ runaway situation not a kidnapping.

I just can't forget this so if anyone knows what I'm talking about or has any info please update. Thanks.

I felt so bad for her. She seemed so helpless and overwhelmed. I don't have kids but I can only imagine the hell she was going through. Kids are very tough to raise. I'm glad it ended well.

Thank you so much for your care and concern. That was the hardest week I've ever been through and everyone here was absolutely incredible to me and my family, the support that y'all showed us was truly a wonderful thing.

I felt so helpless knowing that you felt so helpless. I just couldn't forget and I must have stepped away from DU for a bit and didn't see the updates. When I came backed I feared for the worst. I won't ask for details because I respect your privacy but I am so glad that I can personally congratulate you. Yay! Sometimes good things do happen. Perhaps something good can come from this for you and your daughter.
