Fill a bag o' chips all the way to the damned top? I KNOW that some settling occurs during packaging and shipping, but, why can't they pre shake them, to pre settle them and then refill and then shake again till its ALL settled and give a customer what the hell he paid for and not some damned excuse printed on every bag! Its a billion dollar a year rip off!

Am I the only lonely voice out here that feels this way?
