grrrrr, I've got an ear infection!

I get this nasty viral ear infection thing a few times a year, usually due to stress or other periods of decreased immunity. I never had ear infections until I went away to college and I guess I picked up a bug that likes to come out and play every so often. Unfortunately since it's viral, there aren't any meds I can take. I am fortunate not to be experiencing any vertigo this time, just the ear pressure, ringing and painful swollen glands that shoot pains up into my gums....grrrrrrr this sucks! :(

I went through something similar. Recurrent ear infections and the "otic solutions" only encouraged it to establish condominiums in my ears.

I finally quelled the problem with mullein/garlic tincture (topically applied) then finally eradicated the problem completely with acupuncture. Two needle on either side of the neck for about 15-20 minutes eradicated the problem for good.

That worked for me at least.

I know it hurts like hell but is easily remedied. I swear.
