1. Wow, my boob gets nothing.

Is this the Lounge? I was sure there's be some activity here by lunchtime.

Sigh.

Anyway, when my son was breastfeeding, I fed him whenever he was hungry, no matter where we were. Especially because I pumped at work and he took a bottle during the day, I always took "face time" whenever I could. It's important to production.

After the experience of breastfeeding my son, I really can't judge anyone who decides to do it or not to do it, for how long, and how openly. It's VERY DIFFICULT to maintain. Whatever works for mother and baby, that's the bottom line.

Breastfeeding is a beautiful thing. I tend to get a little angry when threads attacking breastfeeding in public get going. I thank you for showing that there is nothing wrong with feeding and loving your child, in public or private. There is nothing wrong with a breast doing what it has evolved to so, feed a child. Kudos to you and your beautiful baby.

I breastfed both my children, and it really is a labor of love. It's natural and nurturing, where ever it happens to take place.

My littlest one just turned 8 Sunday... He was the only one I was able to breastfeed, and he ate whenever and wherever he wanted.

Baby's get the full benefits of breastfeeding when it is done for 2 full years.

He'll be 2 in September, which is NOT too old for breastfeeding, but we stopped when he was 7 months old.

I ahd to go on medication, but I joke that it was his teeth!
