Oral surgery tomorrow! Ouch.
Ugh. I don't do drugs well but there has to be something out there I can ask for to make this better.

I have a number of mindless videos to watch.

Any suggestion?

1. The greatest thing I ever had was a Belladonna-Morphine suppository.
I'm not kidding. :)

2. What kind?
I had my wisdom teeth removed about this time last year. I'd heard that it was either a dream or a nightmare. I fell into the latter category. My pain medication made me nauseous, so I had to choose between pain or vomiting. I couldn't keep anything down, so I basically laid on the couch for a week. :banghead:

Nevertheless, I wish you the best of luck with yours. Hopefully the discomfort will be minimal and you'll be up and about soon. :hi:

4. Tooth extraction
I'm not expecting it to be too much of a problem. Can't be worse than the pain I have now (she said hopefully) but I don't do narcotics well. They make me sick.

THey asked me if I wanted to be knocked out. I said no, just pull the damn tooth.

5. One tooth?
I had to have one removed recently, and I barely felt it. Didn't need painkillers for afterwards, either.

3. It's prolly too late now, but...
Two words: sedation dentistry.

Best thing to ever happen to mouths.

6. I agree.
Sedation is the only way to go.

I had my wisdom teeth out 2 years ago, and it was not bad at all.

I had very little pain afterward, came home and played on the computer.
