3. Any duckier, Peggy, and I'd sprout feathers and start to quack...
Which...now that I think about it, considering all the rain we've had lately, isn't entirely out of the question...

7. Nah...punching a mirror's bad luck...
Plus then I'd have to clean up the blood from having cut myself. Too much effort. Walls aren't much better...screws up the manicure. About all I've punched lately is a timecard... Ooooh...remember those inflatable clown punching thingies? NO...better yet...one of those punching balls with the big rubber band...THAT'S what I need. Yeah. :hi:

12. Why aren't you in bed having pleasant dreams right now?
You need to take good care of yourself, young lady. (I wave a finger authoritatively in your direction.) :hi:

13. 'Cause if I was in bed having pleasant dreams,
I wouldn't be here, enjoying your charming company. And because I'm at work where I'm oh-so-indispensible, not to mention loved and admired and generally worshipped... (hey...it could happen -- just probably not in this lifetime  ) :hide: Was that lightning? Ooooh...and did you just call me 'young lady'? :loveya:

17. Those must be horrible work hours.
:( Well, even if you aren't loved, admired and worshiped at work, you are here. Haven't I seen it mentioned that you're a Goddess? We seem to have a few Goddesses around here. It makes us all wonderfully pagan. :)

They all just laugh, though. I might have to print this thread for verification purposes...

19. Yes, you sure as heck are a Goddess!
And I should know.......'cause I am one too! Did you know that Picasso said there were two types of women? Goddesses and .........doormats! And guess what? You and I are not doormats, sweetie! :bounce: :bounce:
