What does this country have against nursing homes?

but I agree. Work in a nursing home for a month and I guarantee you, you won't be so judgemental about the care. ;-)

I've done the work. If there was more money put in for employees wages and such the level of care would be much better.

Nothing like being told that you have to take care of an entire wing by yourself to make you appreciate how hard some people work day after day, year after year, for very little pay. And most of the residents know how bad the staff have it and tend to sympathize with the staff.
