All right Fedex, you just made "the list"!!!

So I have a customer that has done a huge amount of business with me this year. As a token of my appreciation, I bought 15 lbs. of steaks from a local farmer that are some of the best you can find (t-bones & ribeyes, 1 1/4" thick cut). I packed them in a cooler with dry ice and sent them overnight via Fedex on August 2nd. They deliverd the HANDLE for the cooler today, August 7th. Just a handle, with a tag on it. Actually, it's probably best that they DIDN'T deliver the cooler, since the dry ice lasts like 2 days :puke: :grr: :grr:

Since the bill of lading for this was attached (firmly) to the cooler itself, not the handle, why would just the handle show up, with a tag attached???

4. I posted a Fed ex rant just the other day

I had to take a day off work because I live alone and I had to sign for this big item I got. I saw the truck out front and then he just drove off. I took the next day off because the woman at Fed ex said they have no way to converse with the drivers :eyes:. They suck.
