What should we have for dinner?
And I mean take-out of some sort. I don't know if we want to cook. Although I will tell you we have plenty of bread, cheese, cheddar garlic biscuits, two large bags of chicken, and assorted veggies, sauces and condiments. Suggest away, please!

1. What do you WANT to have, had you any option at all?
That's what you should have (within reason, of course).

If take-out is the deciding factor, I'd be all about pizza in your position (though I normally get my take-out from the Jamaican place down the street).

2. That's so funny. There's a jamaican place down the street from us...
Pizza sounds great, but all options are open. I'm shopping around to see what I'm in the mood for.

13. Thanks everyone! Here's the recipe, it's dead easy
I just heat up a bit of olive oil in a pan (couple tbsp), toss in some (I like a lot, 5 cloves) fresh garlic (sliced, crushed, diced whatever you prefer) and cook for about a minute, then throw in some rinsed spinach (still wet) until wilted, season with salt n pepper to taste, remove from heat and add a little more olive oil and about a teaspoon of lemon juice. Super simple and oh so yummy! There's a million variations you could do on this, sometimes I go asian and add a bit of soy sauce and sliced almonds. For a recipe recipe, just do a search for garlic spinach or wilted spinach, and milions of variations should pop up.

16. Me too!!
Haluski is a fave of mine also (even though I'll only eat cabbage there or in cabbage rolls, weird, huh?).

10. How about some chicken salad sandwiches
with a tossed salad? (if you have red and or green pepper, great to put in the chicken salad)

I've got some leftover roast garlic and dill potatoes from yesterday; and am going to have a salmon fillet, salad and broccoli with it. :9

12. You didn't ask...but:
Kinda beef tacos, but roll-ups in big rosemary and sun dried tomato tortillas.
Leftover roast beef (shredded), simmered with some taco seasoning, sauteed onions, chopped tomatos, avocado.

Saw the tortillas at the Winn-Dixie today and they looked good.
