been in the crock-pot since noon. 'nother couple hours, should be PERFECT.

been LOVINGLY stirred every half hour with a PERFECT blend of:

De Arbol chili pepper
Cayenne
Chipotle flakes
Ancho pepper
New Mexico pepper
Red pepper flakes

just the PERFECT amount of heat both front and back

i even have fresh sausages if you want a 'chili-dog' :D

7. I made something hot today!

I made a spice rub with chipotle and ancho chile powders, Spanish paprika, dry mustard, salt and pepper. I coated some nice juicy prawns and let them sit in the rub for about an hour. Skewered and grilled them up. Served with an heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella balls.

Very tasty!
