except sometimes they talk about the stupidest shit and then it's annoying.

It's the news people talking. It seems like they never have anything to do.
I mean, I know, I am posting on DU but we are slow right now. WE get very busy in my department.
But there always talking even at deadline.

44. Excellent!
Yeah they are not a top 40 band, but I think they have made some of the greatest music of the millineum so far. If you dig that song then check out "Kings of Damnation 98-04." It's sort of a compilation album although they have not had heavy duty commercial success. There's a little bit of everything on there for everybody. From slow songs to heavy stuff to instrumentals it's all there. If you get it let me know what you think. They are my favorite band right now.

I think Adam was about 8 at the time. He'd have picked up ALL the bad language and mistakes in the songs. I think Tom was either stoned or drunk, maybe both. It really was a disappointment. I was glad we didn't pay for the tickets. I had won them on a radio contest.

at least I'm trying to. A redneck-mobile just went down the road, another one. They sure are louder on a Saturday night when I'm in no mood to experience the reality that I live amidst them. "Autumn Shade" just came on and I'm not stoned. I still like the song though. 'Tis pretty. I love the Vines.

56. New CD that I got today - The Essex Green's Cannibal Sea
Definitely one of the best of 2006! It's fresh, but not in an alternative way. It's quirky, varied pop.

Also heard Nina Gordon's Bleeding Heart Graffiti at a full album listening party. Also wonderful! Tonight And The Rest Of My Life is one of my favorite CDs - Bleeding Heart Graffiti is a bit slower - especially at the end. But it's already rivaling the TATROML CD. She showcases her voice a lot on Bleeding Heart Graffiti.
