I Watched The Changing Of The Guards Today...
... at the Tomb of the Unknowns (Arlington National Cemetary). A very simple but distinguished and impressive ceremony. The photo below is from today's 2:30 pm changing of the guards.

1. It is a very moving ceremony
I was in Washington about 13 years ago. My friend in DC, Mike, took me to visit Arlington National Cemetery...and we watched the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknowns.

I understand that it's a special honor to be chosen for this solemn occasion.
