Why are 'girls gone wild' adverts shown at 1AM on Cartoon Network?

Why are 'girls gone wild' adverts shown at 1AM on Cartoon Network?
More importantly, WHY is there the disclaimer (at the end of the advert, go figure) that states "May contain adult material"? What they show in these adverts is not a gaggle of young people baking star-shaped cookies...

2. I've seen them MUCH earlier...10 pm or so. Horrifies me to think of
my 10-year-old son catching a glimpse of it.
