8. BW3 by far
I don't think BW3 has the best out there but Hooters is just complete crap. The only thing I eat at BW3 is the hot wings (medium if the place is slow, hot otherwise -- if the place is slammed then less sauce gets on each batch). I also like the cheap beer there and lots of televisions.
