1. sure i make money

i often have a poker site window open to play my bonus while i'm posting on du in the other window

no stories, poker is pretty boring, but i'll take it if they're giving away free money

i'm not an 8 tabler, but i can play 2 tables and still post or write emails so it's progress

2. I play at Pokerstars

My handle is PhilOchs. If anyone else plays there, please look me up.

I play mostly micro and low NL Holdem sit & go's. Anywhere from 5 to 15 dollar buy.

I do alright (I'm still learning.) I'm up slightly.

3. pokerstars is a good site

i won't give my nick because i want to play stupid people and we might get a more intelligent than average person here at DU

i don't know if you did that recent summer bonus but DAMN i had to play a lot of poker to clear that thing -- all worth it though in the end, however :-)

i play limit don't know if these things clear more easily at NL

I play occasionally at Pacific and CD poker. I've made good money, mostly at low limit ring games.

6. Gambling sites are among the worst spammers

Their "free advertising" tactics are so aggressive that they sometimes amount to a denial of service attack. I got an email from my hosting company informing me that my blog was hogging 25% of their CPU capacity. My logs indicate the bulk of activity is from spambots trying to post comments (comments have been disabled, but the spambots keep trying). Before I blocked comments, almost all of the spam was from gambling sites (thousands of posts per day).

They are wreaking havok on the internet, and deserve no one's money.
