I *hate* mood swings and anxiety...

I cannot wait until I'm back on Health Ins. at my new school, so I can get another Klonopin prescription...Don't need the anti-depressants or hardcore anti-anxiety drugs (aka that evil Paxil), just a lil something when I need to sleep and stop the racing thoughts... x(

But Klonopin, that's my fail-safe...Normally, weed does the trick, but not lately... x(

11. You might want to try some 5-htp.

You can get it at a health food store, but it does help with mood swings and with helping you get to sleep at night.

And you don't feel groggy in the morning. It's just that if you're going to drink, it does seem to leave a bit of a hangover then, but still nothing like drinking and klonopins.
