15 packs of cigarettes

are piled up in my home. I was getting low, and bought another carton. Then, later in the day today, I went into another room that had 2 packs sitting on the desk that I haven't used for a while.

I saw a commercial about COPD, and experienced short term anxiety and difficulty breathing. Almost like a panic attack.

Then I lighted another cigarette.

Damn. I'm dumb. (my new mantra about self)
