So what's for lunch?
I have shepherd's pie cooking (recipe here: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=105x5286587 ) But for dinner I'm not sure if I want burritos or pizza.

1. too hot to turn on an oven
I had a roast beef sandwich for lunch (on multi-grain bread)

For dinner I'm considering having Patron, in double-shots.

It got up to 114 one day, and we have no AC in the half of the house where the kitchen is. Dinner was takeout burritos after dayr more days than not.

6. I had a chicken salad.
Had lunch with a friend at a local diner. I thought the chicken salad was chicken on top of salad. :silly: It was chunks of chicken mixed with mayo on a bed of iceberg lettuce. I ate the roll and the tomato that were served with it ... and a few bites of the chicken salad. :P

The company was great, though. :D Burgers for supper, from our neighbor's totally organic cows, with same neighbor's fresh picked tomatoes. :9

I'd take burritos or pizza any day! :9

17. FISH HAVE FACES!
Well...except for oysters. A mussel doesn't really have a face, but they have families. Families who order matching t-shirts whenever they have a reunion. Or something.

21. Yeah, I know they have faces.
I'm a pescarian. I eat fish. Oysters & mussels also aren't fish. They're bivalve mollusks.

You apparently haven't been anyplace near GD in a while. Nobody is innocent in there.
