It is pouring rain here in my section of North Georgia.

It's been in the mid-90s all day and the rain has cooled it off to 80 degrees, according to my outside thermometer. I hate rain, but I welcome this downpour even though I have lost my satellite signal. But I have some DVDs from Blockbuster that I can watch.

It was so hot that I did not take my doggies for a walk this afternoon and they are puzzled as to why they had to do their business in the back yard because we always go for a walk down to a back field, where they love to go. But I was not going to submit them or me to this miserable heat. After all, they are wearing fur coats.
