Computer Help Please
I know nothing.

I can't get Flash Player to work to save my ass. Never have been able to get it to work. I just saw something that said I might have my "Javascript" turned off, that might be the problem. What the hell would I know? Can anyone tell me how to turn it back on if its off? This thing has Windows XP. Please don't tell me to get some other operating system, that's way out of my league.

3. ok try this
Not 100% sure what's going on with your system or browser, but do this...

In the browser in the top menu go to

tools->internet options

A window will pop up with tabs. Select the last tab on the right "advanced options". On the page it flips to at the bottom is a button labeled "restore defaults". Try clicking that, and then hiting ok to get out of all those windows. Close all your browser windows, and start the browser again.

If that doesn't fix it...

When are you getting these messages? Whenever something made with flash comes on the page?

4. Yep, Anytime FlashPlayer Comes Up
Anyone gives a link to something made with FlashPlayer and I can't see it. The thing tells me I don't have the latest version, I go to the site to get the latest version (done it 100 times), sometimes I reboot, sometimes not. Never get to see whatever it is that I'm linked to. Can't get the FlashPlayer or get it to work. Very annoying.
