7. I haven't fixed it yet

I slept a lot yesterday, because I was exhausted after all the travelling. I only got a few hours last night (woke up at 5am and could not sleep further, so gave up at 6 and got up) but hopefully it'll get me through the day.

No matter, I don't know any way of dealing with jet lag that doesn't involve being tired. :)

14. I found out

that for me it is better to arrive late in Germany so that I will sleep through the day. That way I have a better chance to fight the jet lag.

When I come back form the U.S. in September I will be home on Sunday around 7pm or so. Before I go to bed it will be a bit longer as I have to call my mom and friends.
Monday I will go to work.

It works for me. I am not going to say that I will be capable of a lot on Monday though :rofl:

I wish you good luck with that! (That wouldn't have worked for me).

Maybe you can sleep some on the plane? I usually can't. On the way back from Vancouver I dozed for two whole hours, and I slept some. That is unusually good for me.

I can sleep on the plane. I have no problems with that. Beside I leave at 10pm so it will be nighttime anyway.

We just fold you up like origami. With a little practice we can get you to the size of a shoebox or so. Then you can ride in the overhead compartment if you like.
