I'm listening to NASA's Symphonies of the Planets right now (ambient/ethereal freaks, take note), but I also enjoy Brian and Roger Eno, Daniel Lanois, Laraaji, old-school Tangerine Dream, and Michael Brook.

5. Dwayne R. Goettel, RIP
I actually met the Puppies backstage once. Got autographs from cEvin and Dwayne, but not Ogre - we just talked about the rigors of the tour and having to prep for each show, and I just let Ogre go on about some of the new innovations they unveiled for the Too Dark Park tour.

9. I'm listening with iTunes...but I'm sure you could go to their website
and listen.
I like most of it...some stuff is a bit too clever with the sampling.

10. Sigur Ros, Kings of Convenience, José Gonzales...
A lot of low key singer/songwriters. It really depends on the mood though, Massive Attack usually gets thrown in there too. Fennesz if I'm wanting something a little more abstract.

12. I definitely second Brian Eno, especially lush stuff like "Deep Blue Day".
Other good chill stuff:

early Aphex Twin

Mazzy Star

Cocteau Twins

Galaxie 500

the more-sedate numbers by My Bloody Valentine
