I feel so much at peace.
I have been feeling like this for a week now. I have many reasons why I should not be at peace - I am broke. I don't know how I am going to put gas in my car for the next 2 weeks but I guess breaking my penny bank will do. But I feel at peace. I am surrounded by chaos at my job. I will describe the peace that I feel like this : I am walking through rooms where everyone is throwing knives at each other and I walk through each room unpierced , unstabbed with no wounds. This is a good feeling.

3. Thank You SeattleGirl :)
 I think a lot of it comes from accepting myself and loving myself and not changing myself to try to conform to the everyone else's style. I have been learning from a lot of people both negative and postive people. There is a co-worker of mine who has Ezcema on his hands and there is nothing that he can do about it but treat it with lotion and wear gloves and he always has a smile on his face no matter what. He is always happy. There has never been a moment where I have seem unhappy with what he receives. He takes what he is given and he smiles. I learned to do the same.

And another reason I feel at peace because I think back to where I was 7 years ago... I was about to turn 19 and I remember telling myself that I would be lucky to see the age of 21.I say that because at that time I was very suicidal. It was not a good time. Next month I will be 26 years old. I have come such a long way.

8. I'm sure you have worked to achieve that level of self control.
You are not distracted by all the negative around you. Now focus on your goals and values.Take advantage of your uncluttered thinking. Most who understand your situation would be envious. You are very fortunate, indeed.
