YOUNGSTOWN (AP) -- A grand jury has accused a man of sucking on a woman's toe at the public library in Boardman, Ohio, after he asked to kiss her feet to see her reaction as part of a sociology project.

about "popsicle toes" on the radio? I remember hearing it and being borderline grossed out then. This was early 70's, I think.

A guy tried to bite my leg when I was at the library. I was standing, looking at some books on the shelves, and he was crouched down, like he was looking at the books on the bottom shelf -- but then I felt his warm breath on my leg, looked down, and saw his mouth open, ready to bite me.
