3. In the options...
turn video acceleration all the way down. Pause where you want, and take a screenshot. That should work.

(I've also seen it suggested that you use alt+screenshot after turning down accel.)

5. on the other hand, when I save and export it in photoshop,
it vanishes and leaves the border of media player

6. How about putting WMP in fullscreen mode, then taking a screenshot?
I tried the same thing with the virtual tour of my parents' house, and I found that I had to re-center the viewer because the image was in the same position on my monitor that it was in when I did the screenshot. (I hope that made sense!) Fullscreen mode solved that problem.
