Thank god for wind!
We have a good 20 mph gust kicking up here (probably another storm is blowing in) but if it wasn't for that, I'd be sweating my ass off right now. The AC broke last night and sleeping in this humid crap was hell last night. Tomorrow morning when public service comes, can't come soon enough!

1. Our power was out from Wednesday evening through this morning...
along with 500,000+ other residents of St. Louis, so I know how you feel. Hang in there. Any chance you can check into a hotel/motel or stay with friends or family for the night?

2. I could go over to my uncle's house tonight...
I'm meeting my college roommate for dinner and a movie tonight, so I will be gone most of the evening. If I come home tonight and it was as hot as it was last night, I'll surely be staying somewhere else. Fortunately it didn't go out earlier in the week when it was over 100. Right now it is about 80, humid and recently breezy...so not terribly bad
