It's pretty simple to use -- just copy the YouTube (or Google Video, etc, etc) link into the slot in the green box, click "download" and then a link will appear for you to right click & save as an .flv file (it's explained better on the site)

To play the files there's either FLV Player

or VLC player (which handles other formats too):
